| What is an account www.adems.ro? |
| The account at www.adems.ro allows your correct identification by the site administrator. After you created an account, based on an e-mail address and a password, nobody will be able to use the same e-mail address, thus avoiding the misunderstandings of any kind. |
| How can I create an account? |
Firstly you have to specify your name, surname and e-mail address. If this address was assigned to another customer (for example, a person with whom you have common e-mail account), the system will ask you to choose another address. Then you will fill in a form with your personal data (address, phone number, date of birth etc.), necessary for your correct identification, as well as the optimization of the deliveries (you will receive the products ordered at the address wanted and you will be contacted at the specified phone number). You will make the registration procedure once. After that, all your orders will be made on the base of this account. |
| How can I change my password? |
If you want to change your password, you must enter the account using the current password, then, in the section of personal data modification, introduce the new password and confirm it introducing it the second time. From security reasons you will have to introduce the old password too. The next time you will open the account, you will have to use the new password. |
| How can I edit the dates provided in the registration form? |
Open the account, enter on the personal data page and change the fields with the information that aren’t current anymore. They will be registered on the site’s data base, and the ulterior orders will be made according to the new dates. You can change any information you want except the e-mail address |
